Welcome to the booking for West Coast Bug Meet #10 2023!

Below you can read about the different choices we offer. It is not mandatory to book your stay so you´re more than welcome to participate on drop-in. However, we recommend to book in order to secure your spot.

We offer accomodation in cabin (limited number of cabins) or camping.

If you choose to book your stay there´s possibility to book food and/or t-shirt and this applies only in conjunction with booking of accomodation.

In other words, it´s not possible to only book food or t-shirts. However, there will be a limited amount of food coupons and t-shirts for sale in the kiosk.

When booking of separate cabin or room, 2 nights will be charged and if you choose to book the food package following is included: 2x breakfast and BBQ-buffet

When booking of camping you can choose to book the whole weekend or part of the weekend and if the food package is selected it will be adjusted accordingly.

Payment via Swish (if possible) or upon arrival.
If you pay via Swish your booking is confirmed when full payment is deposited. Payment needs to be done within 3 working days from the time of booking.
